Eric Crane

Director of Projects

Eric has been in the business of running businesses for over a decade. Before opening GPG, he had specific focus on project management, construction, capital improvements, and maintenance. With projects ranging from Georgia to Thane, he is our number one for anything hands-on. Eric is very driven to make our client's visions a reality while protecting the asset from financial strain and liability.

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and their cats.

LAURA COLEMAN

Managing Broker

Laura Coleman is a licensed real estate agent and an Accredited Financial Counselor with a B.S in Consumer and Family Science. She has worked in the mortgage industry and the financial coaching industry for 20 years. Laura is passionate about helping small businesses succeed and achieve their dreams, and she loves working with real estate investors as they build their real estate portfolios.

Bridge Property Management Group LLC is located in Cleveland, TN, and manages commercial property in Southeastern Tennessee, mainly Bradley and Hamilton County. Laura and her Cleveland native husband are the parents to three children.

Hannah Robinson

Director of Operations

Hannah has been in construction since 2017 and in real estate for over five years. Before starting GPG, she was in property management for two years. As a senior property manager, Hannah managed 213 units through acquisition, NOI increase of 35%+, 73+ renovations, and a 75% early sale. Her excitement about multifamily drives properties to new potentials and unrealized success.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys road trips with her husband, teenager, and their three dogs.
